Commercial Inspections

Did you know that in the State of Ohio, You don’t have to be licensed to inspect commercial properties?

That’s right!

You only have to be licensed to inspect residential homes. That is why you want to hire a Certified Commercial inspector. Being a CCPIA inspector sets us apart from other non-certified commercial inspectors.

If you’re planning to buy or sell a commercial property, it’s important to have a thorough inspection performed on the property before finalizing the sale. An inspection of the commercial property will tell you everything you need to know about its condition, safety, and maintenance. It will also give you insight into the property’s value, and a head’s up on potential issues that will need to be addressed down the road.
